Hosting a number of classes each day during the week, there is always something to fit into your busy work life schedule. Read our class descriptions and then view and book our classes below.

Yoga: Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practised for health and relaxation.
Spin: A fun and challenging cardiovascular workout using our best in class spin bikes to improve flexibility, build strength and develop endurance in the entire body.
Boxercise: Learn the basics of boxing and self defence with fast paced movements that work the whole body. This class is suitable for all fitness and strength levels.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines full body resistance training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and help clear your mind.
Tabata style HIIT: Pick up the pace and work to your max with timed exercise sets and quick rests. Work to your own pace and ability or push yourself to the limit.
Legs, Bum and Core: A ladies only workout to work your legs, bum and core. Suited for all fitness levels.
Abs Blast: This class is an intense abdominal workout which is designed to tone & focus on your abs. You will be tested with a variety of simple and diverse exercises that can be done in class and at home to help you achieve your goals.
