The Studio at Bright Building is a dedicated facility for MSP customers to manage their fitness and wellbeing.
There are five classes each day (two before work, two during lunch and one after work) Monday - Friday, so there is always something to fit into your busy work life.
With the variety of classes on offer, there should hopefully be something that takes your fancy, but if there isn't, and you have some alternative suggestions, then feel free to chat with the MSP team who will pass your comments on.
Focusing on shaping the legs and glutes with an emphasis on incorporating weight training using all of the lower body muscle groups, core strength and stability.
Full body Conditioning (FBC)
Burning calories, shedding fat, building muscle in this full body workout. We incorporate work with barbells, dumbells and kettlebells to work all the major muscle groups. A fast paced and semi-intense session which will leave you burning calories for the rest of the day.
What better way to get your heart rate up than a fast paced, fat burning circuit using kettlebells. Your workout will hit all major muscle groups as your heart rate increases and you work up a sweat.
A fun and challenging cardiovascular workout using our best in class spin bikes to improve flexibility, build strength and develop endurance in the entire body. It will put emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval based class combines full body resistance training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and help clear your mind.
If practiced with consistency, this class will help to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body. It will put emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Block of 10 classes - £5 per class

Monthly membership for up to 12 classes per month - £32.50 per month
