We're reducing our carbon footprint through sustainable developments across our four campuses in Manchester.

In the below video, Bev Taylor, head of energy and environment at Bruntwood and MSP, talks about the Bright Building's innovative bold strategy at Manchester Science Park.

The pioneering building demonstrates the smart grid concept using a Tesla Powerpack system, with the aim of creating an energy island that doesn’t rely on the National Grid.
