Award winning Hybrid Cloud and Managed Service Provider ANS today announced that it has acquired Eison, a specialist IT Service Provider focused on mission critical managed data network solutions to both private and public sector organisations.
Eison are experts in designing, delivering and managing Wide Area Network and connectivity services that help businesses increase productivity, drive efficiency and achieve business value IT.
This partnership will allow us to reinvent and offer innovation whilst continuing to deliver and support networks that perfectly match our customer’s technical and organisational needs. As the user mobility and adoption of both public and private cloud platforms increases it’s ever more important to understand the whole journey that data takes from the cloud to the end user device. The combined businesses will ensure we have the infrastructure in place to continue to offer innovation and enable our customers through Hybrid Cloud and datacentre strategy.
Eison are fiercely protective of their stellar reputation for excellence and, like ANS, Eison has been built on technical excellence and outstanding customer service. The acquisition will enable both businesses to fulfil our joint ambition, to provide technical excellence of a wider number of solutions coupled with outstanding customer service.
Founders and Directors at Eison, Jamie Coan and Richard Peck will remain with the organisation and believe that ANS is the perfect platform for growth and opportunity for the entire Eison team.
The combined businesses will allow ANS to further execute on our RAPID Converged Infrastructure and Private Cloud offerings. ANS’ pioneering product RAPID was launched in July 2015. Since its launch ANS have already welcomed their first RAPID customers on board and are continuing to see market demand for their unique, pre-integrated workload ready infrastructure and automated private cloud solution which promises to allow customers to innovate and operate better and faster within 28 days from point of order.
This is an exciting acquisition for both ANS and Eison’s staff and customers. Should you have any queries regarding this recent news please contact ANS.
