How is the booking process changing?

To simplify the booking process we have launched a brand new online booking facility that allows you to book your meeting rooms directly on our new dedicated portal. It’s quick and easy, available 24/7 and allows you to secure your room immediately.

Our super helpful reception teams will no longer be taking bookings. This is so they can focus on what they do best, providing a warm welcome for you and your guests and ensuring our buildings run smoothly for you.

How to book a room




 

What if I want to change or cancel my booking?

If you would like to cancel or change your booking, not a problem, you can contact the reception team in your building, our meeting rooms team on 0800 731 0300 and they will make the necessary changes.

If you give us seven days or more notice of a cancellation then we’ll give you a full refund. Refunds are not provided for cancellations with less than seven days notice.

How do I pay for my booking?

To secure your room payment is now upfront using a credit or debit card. You are charged at the time you make the booking. 

I don’t have a credit card, are there any other ways to pay for a room?

To simplify the booking process we are only accepting card payments.

A venue finding service normally books on my behalf, can they still do this?

Venue finding services or meeting booker will no longer be able to book meeting room as the way they handle payments isn’t compatible with our new booking process. We hope the simplified booking and transparent pricing means it’s actually easier for you to book direct with us. It also helps us ensure we’re offering the best rates and consistent service to all our customers.

What are the operational times of the meeting rooms?

Our meeting room venues will now operate between 8.30am and 5.30pm. Bookings can be made by the hour, a half day or full day. We have set time slots for full and half days (8.30 - 5pm or 8.30 - 12.30pm, 1pm - 5pm). 

What are the venues that this applies to?

I want catering for my meeting, how do I arrange this?

With the likes of Deliveroo and UberEats at your fingertips offering delivery of some of the best cuisine our cities have to offer, we don’t want to restrict you to ordering from the local sandwich shop. Consequently, we will no longer be ordering catering on your behalf freeing you up to make your own arrangements. If you don’t know the area particularly well, then we’ll be happy to advise on locally-based caterers that you can book directly with.
