Professor Mark Jarvis

A former Group CFO at the multinational professional services firm EY, Mark brings a wide range of experience in finance and banking, particularly in relation to emerging markets and venture capital.

His previous experience includes numerous non-executive director roles, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and asset-based financing.


Charlotte Ashton

Charlotte is an employment and immigration solicitor providing commercial advice to employers about all aspects of employment law, as well as advising on how to recruit and retain staff from outside the UK.
