Selling through partners can be a rapid way to grow revenue, if done right. In this workshop delivered by John Cooke, we will explore the different types of partnership, revenue share models, pros and cons of partnering and discuss how to best develop and manage partner programmes to maximise success.

John Cooke

John Cooke has worked in the IT industry for over 22 years, including with IBM and Microsoft. John has launched two technology businesses, is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, business development specialist and a mentor to the founders of technology start-ups at Innovation Birmingham’s campus and University of Birmingham’s BizzInn business incubator.
