Following on from our last workshop, we will teach you how to structure and plan your organisation and individual roles, in a way that will attract higher quality people to your business, and increase the success rate of your hires.

Leading the workshop: Gordon Bateman
Gordon Bateman is the Founder and Managing Director of Complete Resourcing, and the Founder of Investor Ladder. Gordon has worked with start-ups and high growth businesses for over twenty years, and is a well-known figure in the UK venture capital industry.
As Managing Director of Complete Resourcing he has helped a number of companies grow from a small founding team to exit via IPO or acquisition. One company, who Gordon first engaged with as a pre-revenue founding team, recently joined AIM and won the ‘Grant Thornton Quoted Company Award for IPO of the Year’. Gordon helped them grow their organisation both in the UK and internationally - they now have a team of over one hundred people and are still growing rapidly.
Gordon also founded Investor Ladder, an invite-only membership organisation for investors that helps to build relationships between individuals at different levels of investment, from angel to private equity. Investor Ladder runs regular investor events and invites a select number of companies to pitch at these. One company recently raised £1.3m from members of the Investor Ladder network.
Gordon is committed to developing supportive networks for young companies, especially across the North, and is always happy to speak with management teams who are looking for advice or guidance on growing their business.
Complete Resourcing are a consultancy that work exclusively with high growth businesses to help grow their organisations. They work in close partnership with a number of UK investors and their portfolio businesses.
