Citylabs 4.0 is the next phase of the Citylabd campus expansion, and will be a £35 million, 125,000 sq ft, home to a cluster of diagnostics, medtech, digital health and genomics businesses who are driving the future of medicine and healthcare.
Citylabs 4.0 will be adjacent to Citylabs 2.0 & 3.0, within the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT) campus, the UK's largest provider Trust. The building will provide 7 floors of office and lab space, with breakout meeting space on the ground floor, and additional events and meeting spaces available in Citylabs 1.0 and 3.0.
Citylabs 4.0 will also include sustainability measures as part of our commitment to becoming net zero carbon by 2030, and further details on this will follow.
Businesses which locate here have direct access to MFT's specialist clinical resources and expertise from researchers, clinicians and procurement teams, as well as MSP's business support programme - including access to funding opportunities, talent from the country's largest student population at the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, new markets and university resources.
You will also join MSP's community of over 300 like-minded science and technology businesses.
